Yagiz is a Lean Six Sigma-certified and experienced practitioner in business transformation who specializes in enhancing the customer experience in insurance and financial services through his application of best-in-class methodologies.

 

Most recently, Yagiz led AIG's Digital Transformation and Customer Experience Management efforts in North America. Prior to working with AIG, Yagiz ran large-scale global Process Transformation initiatives at Moody's Investors Service. Yagiz is Master Black Belt certified in Lean Six Sigma and holds an MBA from Bentley University.
